A: It depends on the type of repair and the availability of parts. It can take anywhere from a day to several weeks or more.
Q: Do you provide loaner equipment while my gear is being repaired?
A: No we do not have loaner equipment available but sometimes I have a good idea where you can ask.
Q: Do you sell parts or accessories?
A: In general, we do not sell parts or accessories separately. Our focus is on providing repair services.
We do sell spareparts for Roland products though.
Q: Do you offer on-site repair services?
A: Yes, we do offer on-site repair services for certain types of equipment and locations. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and to see if on-site service is available for your situation.
