Service partner for Genelec

Quite a way up in Finland, far from the nearest airport, lies the town of Iisalmi.
That's where Genelec has its factory.
At the workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark (and on-site, if necessary), I handle repairs — both warranty and non-warranty — of their products. This covers Genelec's entire range - including the 8000 series (8040A, 8030C, 8020D, etc.), 1000 series (1031A, 1032A, etc.), SAM series, and their other active and network speakers and subwoofers.
Genelec does not sell spare parts, so I can't assist with that — only in connection with repairs.

FAQ:
Q: What does a Genelec repair cost?
A: It depends on the model and the issue. I can provide an estimate once I have examined the speaker.
See how it works on the info page: Info
Q: How long does a repair take?
A: It varies. Some issues are resolved quickly, others take longer if parts need to be sourced. You will receive a time estimate once it has been examined.
Q: I live far from Copenhagen. What should I do?
A: You are welcome to send your Genelec product to my workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark (Havnegade 37, 1058 Copenhagen K).
Before you send anything, we need to agree on it first, and I need a tracking number.
If the product is too large or heavy for shipping, we will find another solution together.
