That's where Genelec has its factory.
At the workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark (and on-site, if necessary), I handle repairs — both warranty and non-warranty — of their products. This covers Genelec's entire range: the 8000 series (8040A, 8030C, 8020D, etc.), 1000 series (1031A, 1032A, etc.), SAM series, and their other active speakers and subwoofers from Genelec.
Genelec does not sell spare parts, so I can't assist with that — only in connection with repairs.
